I was planing on calling you back but its been a hectic week with our community fair happening this week on top of everything else going on. Mache lettuce only grows in the winter so we wont have it again till next winter.
If you want any other lettuce we grow call the farm is the best way on 43741036.</description>

We&#039;re still waiting to hear from our buyers on the definitive Fat Hen recipe! I can say that it does taste a mostly like spinach, and I think it&#039;s got that &#039;grassy&#039; flavour most weeds seem to have. You could do anything that requires something like spinach and ricotta (spanakopita, pastizzi, ravioli, etc), or at the end of a risotto.
