Saturday morning market assistants needed

Eveleigh Farmers Markets & Sydney Sustainable Markets, Taylor Square

Every Saturday, 8am-1pm

We will need helpers at Eveleigh Farmers’ Markets, Carriageworks – immediate start for the right person, and at Taylor Square market from May. Applicants should have a keen interest and understanding of vegetables, and how to prepare and cook them, so a good knowledge of recipes is helpful but not essential. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, have reasonable mental arithmetic skills and know a wide range of fruit and vegetables (or be prepared to learn fast!). A good appreciation of organic farming will also help.
