G’day everyone, how has this week been. I actually took 2 days off in a row, it also happened to be the 2 sunniest days this week.
New this week we have green and yellow squash, no the green ones aren’t unripe squash but a heritage variety. These are great for stuffing or just simply steam them and serve.
Also the first persimmon. these are the most beautiful fruit you can buy. They are not quite ripe yet but if you have had these before you will know why, if not you need to wait until they are super ripe till you eat them.
Anyone who usually come to taylor sq markets don’t worry we will still be there as they wont close down the place till after we have gone so we will see you then.
