More wild life …. we had a visit from a flock of yellowtail black cockatoos this morning, coming to feed on the pine cones of the Mexican pine and the Casuarinas. They are quite unafraid and even though this one was at the top of the tree they will often eat a cone quite low down, only a couple of metres away.
Great for Claire, our French intern, to see so close!
AND yes we had frost this week… not heavy ones but good for killing the chewing bugs and the frost enhances the flavour of the citrus.
