G’day everyone, we got the rain we needed this week and we are back on track with our planting.
I’m happy to say that we have our organic mushrooms back. They are beautiful and the only organic mushrooms available at the markets. And yes they are certified.
We also have more of the pine mushrooms that have been selling out in the first hour of the markets being open.
Not a lot of silver beet this week as we had some big orders for it last Sunday, but hope with this rain it will be back in plenty next week.
Tomorrow will be windy but no rain so brave the chill and come and see us at the markets.
