Usually I start the blog with g’day but today was not a good day for one local family with the tragic death in one of the car crash last night on the freeway. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
This week we have the first zucchinis of the season and although they are small the colour is good and I can’t wait to get one on my plate, but be quick as there is not a lot.
If you haven’t tried our navel oranges this season you are missing out. They are at their peak in flavour and sweetness.
Like usual the greens are amazing and with the warm weather a great salad is just what you need for a cool easy and quick dinner.
Hope to see you all at the markets tomorrow, come early before it gets too hot would be what I recommend.
