Hello Everyone,

The weather has helped and everything is looking juicy and delicious. Here’s an early update and I will add to it tomorrow as the last picking will be bagged and boxed.

At last the blood oranges are ready and will be on the market stalls with some lemonades, Seville oranges, more Bergamots and grapefruit.

Baby spinach is delectable! There’s the usual bokchoy, rocket and of course wild rocket, silver beet, kale and leeks. Lovely greens to keep you healthy in winter.

There’s Jap pumpkin and beautiful, freshly dug King Edwards potatoes. Great for roasting and baking. I am enjoying making alternate lots of pumpkin and leek soup. Such a nourishing food for cold weather.

Keep an eye on the facebook page too. Enjoy the market!
