G’day everyone.
What a week, we have had our fair share of rain, Leafy greens are still in short supply and will be until the weather pick up. New this week are Emperor Mandarins, these are as fresh as you’ll get anywhere. We also still have Myer lemons which are great for cooking because it lacks the intense tartness present in most lemons. Kiwi fruit is also still in abundance and only 30 cents each. I will not be a taylor square sustainable growers market this week or next week as i am going i was selected to go to New Zealand with Ausveg for a farm tour, Greg will be running the stall instead.
